The food is fresh. Hand made salsa; not pre-made and from a jar. I usually order a beef taco and chicken enchilada plus margarita to try a place out. Today I ordered the Burrito Chili Verde (because I love Chili Verde but can rarely find a place that makes it well). I loved the meal. Chili Verde was done well. I usually don't eat the rice and beans because they are old and the wrong consistency but the rice was fluffy and flavorful and the beans were good, not bland. The side of guacamole was fresh, not from a mix. Pico was fresh. The only non-plus was the margarita which was not the house but a special for the day; a Dos Reales margarita. It was ok but strong. It seemed they were going for an orange based drink but it kind of came out as cleaner fluid tasting. I should have tried the House. Over all worth coming back to try out the staple fare.

I love going to dos reales. I like the manager there I miss him working at the Shawnee dos reales I am glad I saw him he remember me. But tonight was bad service and I had my friend n I with me and my waiter did not ask us if we wanted to pay each other’s dinner. He just did one ticket.

Pretty decent 90% of the time...depends who's cooking...once I got a quesadilla and it barely had cheese inside of it... Once I notified our server, it was immediately corrected. My family still enjoys the good food and we eat there twice a week.

Great food & Service. Food was Warm when served. Get here before noon so you won't have to stand in line!
