We had an amazing experience at Doshi tonight. Everything was delicious: Ribeye Bulgogi, Snapper, Multiple Kimichi, to the Desserts If you’re in Orlando and looking for a true fine dining Korean experience — I highly recommend Doshi.
One of the most unique experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend the 10 course chefs counter over the 6 course table. Everything was paired perfectly with different textures and flavors. The chef explains everything you’re going to eat and how you should eat it. My favorite was the amuse and the crudo, but everything is fantastic. Well done Doshi!
I’ve traveled to South Korea a half-dozen times so I was excited about visiting Doshi since if opened. We made reservations for the á la carte menu. We started with rice wine and the crispy brussel sprouts after the three starters that were given on the house. I order brussel sprouts wherever I dine and they did not disappoint. They were tender and full of flavor. Then for the kkochi skewers we ordered the fire octopus, wagyu galbi, and Doenjang pork belly. My favorite of those were the wagyu with its buttery texture and fire octopus with a tangy sauce that accompanies it. We finished our meal with the Seafood Bibimbap. It was the perfect amount of spicy! To cleanse our palate, we finished with the Doenjang Caramel Ice Cream and the small donuts. Everything was excellent and the staff were super friendly and great with recommendations. I’d love to come back to sit at the Chef’s Table.
Sensational experience. Every dish of the 10 course meal was delicately crafted, thoughtfully explained, and uniquely delicious. The ambiance was great and the service was flawless. There’s no way this place stays without a Michelin star for long. Bravo!
Doshi is such an incredible dining experience. The vibe, the food, the presentation and the service is exceptional! Would love to do chef’s table next time. Still dreaming about that bone broth, they are worthy of the hype.

They were out of hand towels, the bidet didn't work in the bathroom, and the espresso machine was down. I'd never been here but those three things that I asked for or encountered just so happened to be unavailable. Other than that it was perfect. Was outstanding! I was lucky to snag a reservation for the chefs table when they first opened up. The food and quality was incredible, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and portion of food. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They ensured everyone had a good time. I had the pleasure to meet some of the owners and they were very modest and down to earth. I think this place has some of the best fish and steak in Orlando.
Beautiful new spot with delicious elevated Korean dishes. A must try! They had a chefs counter in addition to seated tables, an open kitchen, and stunning decor with dishes to match.
