Went to get two keys programmed that I bought off of Amazon. They warned me that that might not program as they've seen ones bought online not work. They both programmed amazingly. Cheaper prices than all the locksmiths around here and also pulled my codes that my vehicle was throwing and gave them to me for free. I would highly recommend. Idk why all these other people had problems with the service department as they were extremely nice and super fast.

This is by far the best Dodge dealership within 300 miles. Best service dept and employees. The showroom is nice and up to date, and the inventory is huge! Everyone was eager to help and was extremely nice and professional.

I've been using this service dept for my RAM 1500 since moving here 3 years ago. No issues with past maintenance performed or service personnel.
Today was fact-finding on questions related to my existing  tow package and whether it will support purchase of a travel trailer based on gross weight, tow weight, transmission cooler, etc. I found the person I was referred to in Service Dept to be very knowledgeable on my vehicle's characteristics and limitations as well as general towing information and advice.
