my son was brought home from selma street elementary because his teacher was absent and taken to mcdonalds for pancakes after one of the parents made contact with her before she left school and was told the father was on his way and the mother was told she didnt have time to deal with my son today and she was taking him to dad at his brothers house as directed by the mother after the principal stated she already had him in her black bmw suv and upon dropping my son off with me  the principal stated that she had intentions of sending my son to pass academy when he returns and i asked what has he done and  the principal stated that he had done nothing. So i took my son the school the next day begging him to do what ever Mrs Dionne Blair says . and by 9am i was being called to come get my child she was sending him to pass. When i arrived i was directed my one of the nice secretaries to go on in mrs blair office and i followed her direction and upon entering her office , me as a parent wanted know what was going on and why it happen something they say us parents are entitled too. I was told that she didnt have time and i told her that they was not trying to help my child because of his behavior. Then i was told to leave and i told her that i will when my son gathers his backpack from mrs. harvin class room and she tryied to direct me out a side door before my son returned. I was not leaving until i gather my child and his belongs and leave the school like asked but hten she got loud with me and i told her not to call my phone and leave my son alone  and i was reporting  her to the elementary school director teresa davis and after i did my reporting now they trying to expel my six year old son who has ADHD and put criminal charges on me the father because my son is acting out  and i also got barred from coming on my sons school grounds. Now my son is at pass academy now for three days and everyday mrs blair calls and give some advice to coach flemming about how to help get me and my child in court. At pass academy my son is constantly threaten to get beat with a piece of wood they call a paddle. I sign a form for that not to happen and they do it anyway . I was told my coach flemming that i can get my lawyer and get ready to meet him in court cause he doesnt care what the parents got to say he is going to beat my son with is piecee of wood if he gets out of line and then i told him that was some BS and told me he will have me locked up. Look when it comes to my children i will go that extra mile so that they get the same treatment and have the same opportunity as all the other kids in school even though  mrs. teresa davis said his behavior isnt normal . I been told them that for months everyday they call me to the school. As a parent i am doing my best to meet the schools standards but i can only do so much when doors are being closed in my face with no options for my son being expelled or disciplined for something he doesnt understand be cause he is a lilttle bit mentally different from what is called normal and tends to act out more then any other normal child. that should throw up a red flag about his behavior and motivate them to help me as a parent to help me find a way to help my son to act out less or help them find a way to deal with him better at school when he has an out burst of some type. I am asking for help with my son and if anyone reads this please help me out . I am doing my best for my son but it seems the system doesnt want teach him because he is different. What happen to no child left behind. OOHH i forgot unless he is different and misunderstood. Someone with a heart please help me.  This is not right because i recieve the same treatment as a child because of the same reasons now my son must live in that same curse. where is the change in america for our youth. Please help me . I can't speak for all schools but at one middle school there are employees who bully, harass and talk badly of students with other students. Their mission is to kick kids out of school for THE DUMBEST things. For example........ listening to a paper radio. Need I say more?

The reporting of 470 beatings (corporal punishment) last year of public school students in this school district is absolutely disgusting abuse. These administrators that beat small kindergarten children through sexually maturing 16-18 year old males and females with wooden boards could not find employment in another profession in America (with the exception of a paid S/M prostitute) and do what they do, without being rightfully arrested and incarcerated for assault and battery. The Southern Poverty Law group as well as other civil rights organizations like the ACLU need to sue these people and hold these bullies accountable for the harm they are doing.
