I have never purchased a bike from John, but I have bought some parts and he has been very helpful.  Has always been honest and I don’t feel pressured to buy something I don’t need.   I have had nothing but good expireices here.

Best service in the whole area. John Henderson, the owner and the whole staff are very helpful and friendly. Technical expertise and awesome service. no need to go anywhere else !

Excellent service. I went to several other bike stores in town prior to Dothan cycle and fitness. They were nice enough, but the owner here is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bought a bike from him 2 years ago. Military friendly. He boxed it up for me for our PCS. I showed up hours early and it was already done. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my bike to get gears adjusted did it while I waited and was only $15.00 and then I bought a new seat very reasonable prices awesome service

I needed to find someone knowledgeable with bikes and I came to the perfect place. John quickly helped me fix several parts on my Schwinn hybrid (which I did not purchase from him), hooked me up with a tune-up, and charged me a simple and VERY reasonable price. He has more up-scale bikes in his shop, with a few used models priced to sell. I would highly recommend this veteran to anyone with bicycle needs.
