Nice local flair. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of locals having breakfast. My wife had the eggs with crab? I think? She REALLY liked it.

The food and service was wonderful. They really show team work and everyone was so friendly. The food tasted amazing. All of our food from the strawberry melt to the corn beef hash was so good. I have to eat here again before we leave New Orleans! Thanks for good service and food. From The crew in The MIA (Miami)!!

My daughter and I went to Dots yesterday. The service was terrible. The breakfast was worst. The bacon was burned,eggs were runny (whites were not cooked),toast burnt. The waitress who took our order did not come back to the table. We had to practically beg to get our coffee and water. It was a nightmare. My daughter drove in from Slidell to have our once a week Breakfast Together. Needless to say,no TIP and $23.00 down the drain. I recieved the check which was illegible and complained to the cashier about my experience. She actually did not offer an apology. I wrote on the back of the check.I wanted to talk with a manager but my daughter said  no ;she wanted to leave because she had enough. We couldn't  even finish our breakfast. It was intolerable.  The waitress was Gloria. Her husband was the cook. Go figure.

This was my first Dot's Diner experience! There were Smiling faces. Great service. Very good food. Clean and pleasing environment!

My favorite Dot's. If you can,  sit in Sharon's section.  She personifies Dot's. Great staff.  Home cooking.  What's not to love?
