My husband went to get his wisdom tooth extracted and Doty was friendly while he was making preparations. That was until the receptionist presented a file stating that I, not my husband, had an unpaid bill from 2015.

I haven't been there since 2013 at the latest. That's neither here nor there. The main issue is that Doty scolded and harassed my husband for something he knew nothing about. He wasn't quiet about it either. This matter could've been discussed with me. Especially since they knew that I was the one that would be paying for his extraction!

Not only did he make my husband feel uncomfortable and humiliated during the procedure and after, (on his way out in the lobby) he was rude in general.

Not that they care I'm sure but my husband most definitely will not go back there. Pity considering how much he used to like the place.
