We've all come to expect that contractors don't return calls, don't show up when they've agreed to, and do all those other things that drive us mad. 

But in the two years we've been working with them, Jason and Double D electrical have consistently overwhelmed us with their superlative service. I get calls right back and Jason or his guys are always right there when they say. They're polite, efficient, communicative, and the quality of their work has always exceeded my expectations. On the rare occasions when the job was not done exactly the way I expected (both times because I failed to leave adequate instructions), Jason was back out first thing the next morning to fix things himself.

Needless to say, I'm a lifelong fan of Double D Electrical.

Double D called for an inspection when the electricians knew the job was not done correctly. Had 2 weeks to correct mistakes prior to inspection. They chose to do nothing.  Inspector failed the work and then double d finally sent a capable electrician to redo the first attempt. Spoke to manager and eventually the owner who just wanted to explain how much they spent fixing the problem rather than addressing the unprofessional behavior prior to first inspection.

No stars!!!

Called 3 weeks ago. Spent 20 mins giving the receptionist multiple phone numbers address and details. 
Never a call back.
They are a joke apperntly..

We hired Double D Electric to do a fair amount of electrical work in Chimacum ranging from service to an out building with the accompanying outlets and lights to adding two outdoor outlets (required trenching and drilling) to adding power for a radio receiver 40' up a Doug Fir and helping with some Cat 5 networking in the house.  They have been absolutely great to work with!  Their estimates up front were clear, the work was done timely and on budget.  I will use them again next time I need something done in their area of expertise.

Double D never discusses any extra charges before they do the work and expects you to pay. If you don't, off to collections they send you for the work you did not approve.
Try to reverse that on your credit report!!

Also,  You will never get the same person back to your job as the employee turn-over rate is huge.
