First time using the service they brought me a 2 liter mt dew and and a sub. The team works fast and seems to be honest. I request a cal befor the driver arived and i recived the call. One thing that could have happened that i was not a fan is , the driver had 0 recitps. Total was 22.71. That was including delivery and 10% tip.  The math sound right so i can not complain. Over all i would use the service again as it does comes in handy , and the team was respectful. Thank you so much for the service and hot food.

Ordered from them twice so far. Both times have been great. I always make my food special, and they got it right both times. The drivers are very quick and nice. Only thing is a normal $5 meal cost you almost $12. Its okay though when you don't have a way to get it lol

I cannot even bring myself to give them one star. The driver pounded on my hotel room door, scaring my family to death. When I mentioned this to the driver, he stared at me and laughed uncontrollably. I could have handled the loud knock if he had even been apologetic, but he acted like a fool instead. I will never use this service again

My friends, family,  and I have spent a ton of money with DoubleTime over the years.  There's been mistakes along the way, but usually nothing terrible. However recently, they took around 2 hrs for delivery and brought food that was not fit to eat. After providing feedback, they decided to lose multiple customers instead of making the issue right. There are alternatives out there. 
Oh, they delete comments on fb that aren't positive.  So feedback is skewed.

If you use them, I do recommend paying cash instead of using your  card at the door for obvious security concerns (for any busines like this. )

I have ordered from this place around 10 times now. Normally the service is good but today I ordered and fell asleep (I had a 12 hour night shift), my door bell was never rang once and when I called the corporate office the woman on the phone informed me that my address had been blocked because I didn't answer. I would of paid for my food and still tipped the driver and probably would of reordered and re-tipped but the call representative was so rude and condescending that ill never use this service again. Overall a good business model that copies grub hub but poor execution.
