We arrived to the hotel around 9pm and from there the worker at the front desk gave us some excellent recommendations on Greeley's Wednesday night downtown nightlife. We were able to walk a few short blocks to get to downtown. When we returned to the hotel, the stay was short as we had to wake up the next morning to go to a conference in the same hotel. Overall the rooms were super nice and the staff was very friendly. The conference provided awesome good, great service, and top of the line conference rooms.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was nice. Menu for room service was old or something, as the kitchen didn't know what we were talking about. All around, pretty good though

Attended a dart tournament. Hotel was nice and clean a bit pricey for the rooms and then charging additional money per person seemed ridiculous. Food and drink prices through hotel at event pretty fair and reasonable with the speacials that they offered. Had missed placed car keys and called hotel to see if they could check the lobby chairs where I had been sitting and they told me they were not there also asked if they could check a room and they said they would and call me back. They never called back in over an hour. Went back with my wife and went I went to ask the attendant about they keys made wife walked over to where we were sitting literally pulled them from behind the cushion as they attendant is telling me that they did not find our keys over there and they had not checked the room yet. Front desk staff Sunday was awful. How you can not return a phone not really even bother to look for the keys.

This is a beautiful hotel right at downtown. Lots of restaurants and bars within a block. The rooms are new and modern. The pool and hot tub are small but are mineral water so that is a major plus. The only issue I had at all was that water takes a good couple minutes to get hot, but I've also been told that seems to be the case across Greeley.

This was a very nice hotel! Clean rooms, cheerful hosts, and good food in the in house restaurant. Very clean and modern looking everywhere inside, and it's right in the heart of the downtown where there are plenty of places to eat and explore as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
