After a very long and grueling day, dealing with a sick child in an out of town hospital, this hotel was so awesome! My husband had to call long distance to find a hotel that had a shuttle (they picked me up from the hospital) and charged his card. I had no cash or credit cards on me. At 3AM, the shuttle picked me up and the AMAZING staff made me feel like I had just come home. Brenda at the front desk! Thank you, thank you!

Location was awesome! My room overlooked the Chihuahua's ballpark and was close to chill bars. The room itself was comfortable and modern with the luxe mattress I've come to expect. Service was exceptional as usual also.

Incredible service from front desk to the restaurant/bar. Comfortable beds. Excellent location for events at El Paso Chihuahuas Ball Park!!!

Was very disappointed in my stay and will not use the double tree again. Service at the front desk was the only reason they got 1 star from me. Service from the bar was poor had to contact front desk several times on different occasions. The water temperature for the showers was never consistent and Luke warm many days. The big thing that got me was an event that I was unaware happening the weekend of my stay and couldn't even park my vehicle in the provided area had to pay 10 bucks extra just to park 2 blocks away from the hotel. Added that the service desk persisted that everyone parking there was checked and ID'd was false because I had talked to others who were leaving the parking areas and where basically there just because the spot was open to park when notified they persisted that everyone had been checked. One of the elevators was acting up and wouldn't even go up pass the 6th floor. And on top of all that the fire alarm went off mid into a cold shower the following morning and turned to be a false alarm. I was very angry and only had a 4 day pass and highly do not recommend staying if you are there for relaxing.

This has been the WORST hotel experience I have ever had before. I stayed at the Double Tree downtown El Paso for four days and I did not have hot water for two days, there was NEVER anyone at either of the bars or at the restaurant to seat you, after I ordered a frappe at the coffee shop downstairs the gentleman working told me he didn't know how to make a frappe, on the last day at 8AM the fire alarm went off and once I finally got all of my stuff down 8 flights of stairs they tell us it is a false alarm, and the night before that I asked where the stairs were since they only have 3 elevators I decided I would just take the stairs to my room rather than waiting 30 minutes for an elevator and the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have any stairs, there was never enough parking, and on top of all of that they never left enough linen in the bathroom. The next day I went to inform someone at the front desk of my terrible experience and the lady entirely dismissed me. Worst hotel ever way over priced. Go to the indigo instead.
