The rooms were nice and updated. But the night I stayed there was an event. They played music till almost 11:00. It was hard to sleep as we were right in front of the indoor pool. They didn't ask or mention the fact the party was going on. I had booked the hotel over the phone just minutes before so they could have. The last complaint would be the bed. My wife nor I got a good night's sleep. My back hurt from sleeping on it. But the rooms and the staff were nice.

Very strict! Do not stay with children! Hotel hosted football tournament Battle of Rocky Top, yet complained about children in the pool! Closed pool early! Complained about kids in lobby. Complained about kids all weekend! Very rude! Was impatient with 32 kids, but sign up for tournament lodging! If you get a choice... DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR BATTLE OF ROCKY TOP LODGING!

Awesome hotel. I live the atrium in the lobby and the view of the elevator, and they have the best pool of any hotel I've ever been to. You can literally swim from the indoor pool outside to the outdoor pool.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room has very soft mattresses, to the point of almost rolling to the center of the bed. The bathroom has mildew or mold on the walls around the shower, not a lot, but very noticeable. I might stay here again, but I would be apt to find another hotel next time.

The worst hotel experience I have EVER had...AC did not work, fridge did not get cold, when I arrived at the hotel, they asked if I could settle for a king and a roll away bed would be ok, since they had no double rooms available. ...yet, I reserved a double room, paid the deposit a month and a half in advance and had my receipt. ....I won't ever be back....terrible, terrible, terrible....absolutely ruined my vacation
