Worst Hilton property experience ever. Tried to call for a shuttle and was left on hold for 7 minutes. Called back and they told me to just take a cab and they would reimburse me. I could have been half way to the hotel by that time. Upon arrival it was not the normal greeting and took 2 people to check me in. The person that was suppose to reimburse for the cab ride left into a closet and did not come out after telling me to wait. Walls are paper thin and I could hear guests next to me too easily. Thermostat was not working correctly and I had to set temp more than 10 degrees lower than normal to be comfortable. Service at breakfast restaurant was nonexistent asked for an iced tea and water and we ended up getting it ourselves. Guest drop off area was crowded and difficult to navigate every time coming or going. Positives: Room was clean and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than the front desk.

I will start by saying I have come here every year for 10+ years. This year I was very disappointed. The staff was very rude upon checking in, on top of charging our card twice. Instead of $600 being pulled off my card $1200 was!! The rooms smell awful like smoke/moldy. The shower drains super slow and just all in all very sub-par. They have mattresses piled up outside in plain view, when I read the review about bed bugs makes me wonder if that is why.. They need to update this hotel, it used to be very nice. The worst part of this stay was the staff by far. Spend your money elsewhere!

The lobby is beautiful but rooms are old. The AC worked but it was so humid . The shower is nasty. Water would not drain and curtains were gross. It would take multiple times to flush the toilet. My husband and I checked in on a Wednesday and did not check out until Monday. After two nights I was extremely itchy and noticed bug bites on my feet, wrist, legs, and side. On the morning of the 3rd day I nicely asked that the room get inspected. I didn't see anything when I checked the seams on the bed when I arrived. The nice employee took down my information and made a report. I however never received a phone call as she told me they would contact me to let me know. I had also asked her if everything could be changed out in the room. I get back later that night and asked the gentleman about the room, he said it was inspected and the bedding was changed. So I trusted it was done. So I go up to the room and see that the bed was made. I pulled the covers to see if they actually changed them (there was a black mark on the old ones)... It was never changed out. I spoke to supervisor Francisco. I told him that I don't think my request was fulfilled. He told me it was inspected and bedding was changed that maybe I am having an allergic reaction to something. REALLY? So he gave me a new room after asking me if that is what I would like. It seems he didn't really believe me which bothered me. Also if you order room service and put your tray out for pick up don't expect it to picked up at all. It stayed outside of our room almost our entire trip. House keeping never picked it up. You pay for parking but there is never any spots available so you have to valet your car. They tell you they will do it as a courtesy which I find funny because it is already paid for. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is underground parking but if you get there late it gets really full. The restaurant is very good, with just enough options. The mattresses are quite comfortable. No breakfast free breakfast but the paid breakfast is great. There is valet parking. Several conference rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hilton location. I was given a pretty tasty cookie when I checked in, and my room was very distant but also very quiet. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The shower was warm as soon as I turned it on. TV worked well, and there was an alarm clock available that was simple to set for my meeting in the morning. Hotel isn't located in a great area, but it's only a mile from In N Out!
