Very unfriendly. Zero accommodating efforts despite the endless problems we encountered. The pool was filled with chemicals that made all four if my children break into full body, red and itchy rashes. Oh, I can't forget to mention the broken hot tub. The breakfast is $13 per person, but that fact is hidden on a small sign behind a row of coffee machine. The restaurant is actually a bar with appetizers and a few meals thar apparently they don't keep in stock. The snack and little store by the front desk charges $10 for an .88 cent banquet frozen meal. It's disgraceful. We were questioned..interrogated..because we asked for two more pillows. I was actually told we had enough pillows. Wow. The King beds were old and sagging. The bedding was a tangled mess. I asked for ten one dollar bills in an attempt to break a ten and specifically said it was for the drink machines upstairs. I was given two fives as yet another way to drive people into spending four dollars for a soda in their snack shop. I gave this disaster of a hotel a two star rating only because they did actually have a true full kitchenette in our suite. Since I had four kids miserable and chemically burned from the pool, and no pool at all after that to swim in, the cooking in room helped pass the time. I hate to cook. However, kids love to eat. Also, the fresh warm cookies at check in were nice. Yup. That's about all. It was absolutely super duper fun. Said nobody ever.

Nice new hotel. Friendly staff. Room to room noise isolation could be improved. Made it hard to sleep with both adjacent rooms had people talking. Tried turning HVAC fan on but it automatically shuts off due to motion sensor.

Great property at a nice location. Staff were attentive and friendly. My room was clean, the fitness center is nice and free breakfast and evening reception are nice touches.

My room was on the 3rd floor which wasn't bad, only had a backpack. The king size bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was also pleasing to the eye although the shower was not completely closed off, felt bad for the water getting everywhere. Overall a very good stay but not 5 stars because although I did pay $12 for breakfast in the morning and had good customer service, one of the front desk clerks snatched a potato square with her bare hands... my girl friend was not pleases...

We are Regulars here since it was the Cambria but Very Disappointed on this trip as our room was oversold. BUT, after a call to Christine the GM and all was fixed with that typical Fargo good-natured-ness and "can-do" attitude... This is a GREAT hotel and possibly Fargo's BEST...very people friendly and guest dedicated. Be patient with some of the newcomer staff as they learn the ropes of Top-Notch American Customer Service.
