This is a very clean hotel. Size of rooms are amazing. The only complaint is housekeeping opened our door 2 times before 9am to come clean even w sign on the door. Breakfast was good.

Stayed in the king suite. Room was huge, bathroom was huge, bathtub was... Huge. The room had a quality feel to it, not cheap like some places. The atrium and bar were also very nice. The elevator smelled like motor oil and the conference room smelled like a locker room.

Hands down, this Hilton property exceeds and surpasses all standards in Guest service from the arrival experience to follow-up after your check-out. 

We have visited this hotel on multiple occasions over the past two years and have driven to Lexington while visiting Louisville to say here. 

The desk staff is attentive and dedicated to the overall guest experience. Check-in is efficient and expedient on every arrival. We have always found our room to be immaculate in cleanliness and quality while being well stocked and any amenities we  requested have been placed int he room in advance of our arrival. Once we arrive into the room we have always received a call to ensure our expectations have been met.

From the housekeeping team to the General Manager every associate at this property shows that they take great pride in what they do and are dedicated to the guest experience.  

Sleep quality it great, comfortable mattress and linens. Living area is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is well stocked and all of our rooms have even had an in room jacuzzi tub for relaxing. 

If you are traveling within 80 miles of this location do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a night at this DoubleTree Suites. You will not be sorry.

This was my home away from home from November 2016 to February 2017, as I had a work contract in the area. Contrary to some others, I loved the location because it's in between New Circle and Man O'War on Richmond, so it's convenient to everything (especially downtown and Hamburg!), but not in the thick of high traffic areas.

The Sales Manager (Joe) responded to my inquiry promptly and worked with  me on the rate for my long term stay. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, efficient, and went WELL out of their way to always make sure I was comfortable - from blocking off my favorite room and storing  my belongings during my weekends home, to accepting my packages, etc. Allison at the front desk and Sara, the General Manager were both especially kind and helpful. 

The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated, with exceptional thought put into outlet and mirror placement and closet space - things that really make a difference in an extended stay. Also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. 

I can only think of two (minor) drawbacks. First, the hotel includes a really adorable inside courtyard, which is lovely to look at from the french doors of the interior rooms. During the holiday season especially, however, guests should be aware that parties are held in that space and the noise can be quite intense. It never went past midnight, but should still be a consideration if your plans in town include early mornings. You might want to request an exterior view room, which they're happy to accommodate.

Second, the housekeeping leaves a little to be desired. Each time I checked in, the room was impeccable; however, the stayover service was usually a bit lacking (tables not wiped down, ice bucket not emptied, glasses not replaced, carpet not vacuumed, etc.). Again, this isn't necessarily an extended stay property, so I understand why this might not be their forte. 

All in all, my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend the property. I'll certainly stay again next time I'm in town!

The third floor handicap accessible room was horrible! The heater was broken along with hot water heater for  the shower. Other than a few set backs the hotel was great, we definitely loved the set up and kind employees  at the front desk.
