The hotel was busy, clean, friendly. I was there to see about having a business event there. I was impressed. They also have a good American restaurant off the lobby. Plenty of parking too. And, great chocolate chip cookies in a warmer at the front desk!

Very clean and friendly staff. The room are nice and spacious. Bathroom is great. But the only thing is very long hallways! To get to pool or laundry, we had a long walk to each. But the grounds around the hotel with the waterfalls and ponds are VERY manicured and beautiful. Great parking. Also, very quiet hotel but my family was still able to make some noise without bothering anyone! The area is close to so many things. We went to the adventure Camden aquarium which was quite busy but it was a Saturday. Also, right next door to coco water resort park.

Our stay at the Double Tree in Mt. Laurel was great. The rooms (a king suite) was spacious and provided everything my small family needed for our brief stay. It was so convenient having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I also had to order room service, and I gotta say that their fish tacos were great. (And I lived in San Diego.) The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they do not offer free wifi.

Very nice overall. Had issue with air conditioning first night. Manager have us free breakfast for the rest of our stay and offered to wpgtag our room for up Technician fixed the air the next morning. Would stay again.

First of all, I already have enough poor experiences with hotel chains that have now moved their reservation services off site (so those who book reservations usually have no clue what the actual hotel is like.) The reservation office lied to us about the room, saying it had a jacuzzi and more. We specifically went out of our way to this hotel for those reasons. We get there, there is no jacuzzi or anything promised by the reservation office in any of the rooms. It's too late to find somewhere else, we spend an hour on the phone getting compensation from the management office for their deliberate lies. The management office thankfully offers us compensation without fuss. But then, a month or so later, we get a charge on our card from the Hilton. We called, they said the management office wouldn't compensate us so they had no choice. We call the management office, they say that this Hilton just filed the papers wrong. You have to be a real messed up employee to think you can get away with sneakily charging customers months later after there are written agreements not to. Shame on this hotel. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of our lives. And for what? A dusty room with loud families in every direction & a noisy highway too. Defying written customer agreements, in a sneaky manner, just shows their complete ignorance of customer service. The bottomline is that this hotel may have not deliberately lied to us, but the reservation office, management office, and this hotel are all under one name- "Hilton" and this hotel acted like it's reservation office was a separate entity & they didn't need to pay for their mistakes. Taking advantage of the system to make the customer pay when "Hilton" messes up, that's shady.
