They were the best! They helped get a tuxedo at the last minute and were very nice and worked very cooperatively with me. My experience there was well pleased and the atmosphere was very calm. They also offered a decent variety of things that fit my size and were extremely helpful when I needed something else.

Never have I been so pleased with customer service! I went in to doubletree because I was looking for a wedding gown and the girl I spoke to was Shelley. She was very nice and I had a ton of questions and she answered them all not with the bare minimum answers but she was very descriptive. I will be going to them for my entire wedding party attire now as well as to the flower and cake lady she recommended. This store is top notch and has so much more than I expected. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Shelley!

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I went into double tree with my daughter who is from out of town and I wanted to pick a wedding dress with her from one of our local shops to support our local businesses. When we walked in we were ignored even though there wasn't a single customer in the store, not to mention they have a loud bell on the door announcing our entering the shop. When I told the two young girls working there that I wanted to look at wedding dresses they're response was: "we're way too busy with prom right now so you can't try anything" and when we asked if we can look they said "I guess but you can't try anything on at all". They never once asked what our needs are or if they could help in any way, they just chatted and visited with each other while we browsed, still not a soul in the store besides us, and when we went closer to the door to look at the dresses hanging there, without the intention to leave, they yelled "goodbye" as if to tell us to leave. Even if we wanted to set an appointment for later, we definitely won't now and as of this time forward will never give Double Tree our business and will be sure to pass along how we were treated there.

The staff at this place are totally awesome! I had such a positive experience here as soon as I was greeted at the entrance. Lisa and Shelly were such professionals through my whole visit, from the customer service, to helping me pick out my perfect tuxedo, and then when my tux came in they actually helped by making sure it fit correctly, just making me feel good about everything. I would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of formal wear for your special day or for your kids prom!! Thanks a million Doubletree

Received excellent service here loved how welcoming they are,helped me every step and made sure i was comfortable. I will be coming back for another dress. :)
