I couldn't tell you if this guy does quality work or not.  He said he'd be around later in the week to do my project. Not only did he not show, but he never called to explain himself.  After two weeks and multiple perfect painting days lost, I still have not heard a word from him.  He says he has been in business for 20+ years, but I find this hard to believe when he pulls this stereotypical low-quality contractor antic. Needless to say I will not be calling him for future projects.
