Doug came out to our house and checked our furnace out the same day. He was full of tips and suggestions. Then John came out and installed out new furnace and he was awesome as Doug. He fixed simple things and filled me in on how things worked. He was so very helpful to our family. This company has great values and treats their customers with the up most respect. They treat just like family! I would highly recommend them!

It is Christmas time and they were really busy. I needed to wait a couple of days for them, but it was worth it. Tyson and Jeff were confident that they could get through this drain. They never gave up and used their brains to figure out the problem. They are more than book smart, they are men who can think and figure things out. It seemed like a Christmas Miracle to finally get my kitchen drain working again!

The customer service is excellent and the guys are great to work with. They are very efficient and clean, and reasonably priced. I am so happy with Doug's repair and will continue to use them for future projects!

Very difficult and I feel dishonest company. They charge you very high and will not guarantee their work even if you have the exact same issue within a year later. Strongly suggest not using this company or even wasting your time waiting for a estimate that takes weeks .

The team at Doug's repair will take care of any problem you have. I was in urgent need of having my bathroom remodeled and they took care of it fast and efficiently. I wanted to replace my water heater myself and they walked me thru over the phone and gave me some helpful advice.
