This department is VERY ticket happy, as Tommy Gray said. A guy I know has gotten 3 tickets in his lifetime, and they were all in this county.

The deputy was very rude Thomas Williams once he realized that I was from a different county. Was in town visiting my parents and was pulled over in my parents car for a burnt out break Light. The officer was going to just give me a warning but then realized that I was not the owner of the car  and that my license was from a different county. His attitude quickly change from a nice polite conversation to very aggressive and let's get the Coastie. He immediately walked to his car after realizing that I was from a different county and came back with a ticket.  I have asked a number of other people and they all say the same thing this department is ticket crazy.
