The Douglas Fire Department is proud to serve the citizens of Douglas, AZ for fire and the citizens of Cochise County for EMS and HazMat response.
The Douglas Fire department is located in the Southeastern corner of Arizona. The 25 sworn members serve the city of Douglas for fire protection and initial response for all hazards. Additionally the Douglas Fire Department covers an area of approximately 1,500 square miles for Emergency Medical Services, and assists in covering all of Cochise County for Hazardous Materials response as part of a multi-jurisdictional response.
The Douglas Fire Department was founded in 1902 and maintains an ISO rating of 4.
