In regards specifically to urgent care. Just shut it down, it's absolutely useless. At least if you have an infant that's sick. 
Triage nurse needs to learn some people skills. The doctor was useless. 
Just go to GNGH or ST. CATHARINE'S. 
Don't waste your time here.

Wait time for triage nurse is horrible...
4 people in line waiting to see her, she helps 2 people than walks away from her station without helping the rest
