Some very good staff but there is one doctor in weekend urgency who ruin work of those others who listen carefully to you and deny yourself. Also beware of the reception guardian who call police when you insist to get your keys and purse back. they move them to the second floor and tell you he don't have it and don't call you someone to guide you.

I was a patient for the month of February.. followed the """"SMART""" programme for ten weeks .. It has changed my life for the best..The staff were wonderful and very understanding.. and always  stop and listen to me .. I have learn many positive techniques to stay healthy.. I continue to be followed and participate to some activities..  The Douglas Mental Health University Institute is a very helpful place and I am not ashamed to tell my friend  where I was for the month of February.. without the help of all the staff,I   would not be where I am now .. I am now healthier and happier and that there is a beautiful future out there .. Sunshine weather is finally here.. little birds are chirping and the flower are making their appearance .. 
Again THANK YOU to the Douglas stall ....
