INEPT. DISCOURTEOUS. INEFFICIENT.

DON'T do business with this company. Not only are they slow and inefficient, but their customer service is sorely lacking as well. Their excuse du jour is a curt "hopefully by the end of the week." Every. Time. We've. Called. 

I wouldn't even go so far as to say their service is 'fair'. 'Poor' sums them up nicely.

This is the second tax season of utilizing this agency and both years have been somewhat "difficult". Both years have been plagued with a lack of or completely void of communication (i.e. requested call at end of week if taxes are/aren't done and they don't x 2), no reason given why they aren't ready (basic taxes with a house)other than we're really busy this time of year, and in agreement with the other Google review, "We'll have them at the end of the week" is the main company line but they don't meet the goals that they set. 
My tax information was turned in well ahead of the April 15th cutoff, it's now June 10th, and my taxes are still not done nor was I notified with any reason given when visiting their office. I can not recommend this agency to anyone and the people that recommended it to me are embarrassed.
