I have gotten tailoring done here and I've also dropped things off for dry cleaning. The service is quick and friendly. The tailoring was done well and in a timely manner. I needed it finished early and the seamstress worked with me to get it done. I've never had a bad experience here.

Very poor communication.  I was told twice in one conversation with the manager "Saying 'starch' to us means 'No starch'  -if you want starch, you have to ask for "Medium starch"

Also, the ironing on our Thanksgiving linen tablecloth was the worst job I've ever seen from a professional, they apparently don't have a mangle to do flat work.  It looks like it was done by a rookie with a flat iron.

Down to Earth has a great advantage in being the only dry cleaner in town, but they'll have to brush up their skills if they want to be the best dry cleaner in town.

I worked for them for a time and I was always proud of the job we as a company did. That is why I chose to work for them and not, say, Walmart! I need to work for a company that takes pride in what they hand to their customers, and Down to Earth Dry Cleaning does just that.

For a dry cleaner that is the only game in town, they act like Avis: Always striving to be number one. Excellent service (particularly the drive-through) and outstanding staff. High recommended!
