Downingtown Electrical Plumbing Co was called about a plumbing issue I was having in my office. They came out same day, were able to fix the repair in less than 1 hour! Paul, the technician, was incredibly professional, courteous, and we hardly knew he was in the building until he came to tell me the repair was complete! I highly recommend this company! Thank you again!

I have used Downingtown Electrical Plumbing Company for many, many years.  They have repaired pipes, replaced plumbing, installed outlets, replaced thermostats, replaced toilets...  I have had emergency calls and scheduled service.  They are always responsive and it is clear the goal is to get the job done right the first time!  All of the service guys are polite, experienced and have a great knowledge base.  They are busy because they do excellent work!  They are the only electric and plumbing company I need to have in my cell phone contacts!

I called four times to set up an appointment and have some questions answered and each time the receptionist said  I will hear back from the electrician. Never heard back from anyone, EVER, to this day. She dragged me along for days, at which point I called another electrician and I promptly got an appointment. The receptionist even suggested I call someone else if I can't wait. I guess she thinks waiting for weeks and never hearing back from anyone is reasonable. I would give them "0" stars if I could. Will never do business with them again.

Knowledgeable technicians, fast and friendly service. I've had bigger jobs and smaller ones. All completed to perfection.  Done right the first time!
