lady at the midnight had really bad actitude and poor customer service she couldnt prepared me a sandwich because she was about to close the register. she told me to wait 20 minutes for the next shift to prepare my sandwich , however she prepared a couple coffees for other guys

I must say that this establishment has declined in service and good food. I used to love their sandwiches and salads. Behind the counter is dirty - a health hazard. The cleaning cloths they use to wipe the counter with is disgusting. The eggs should be cooked on a flat top instead of the microwave which they overcook the eggs in. The counter that is used to cut the sandwiches need to be replaced and the food should have covers on them. I want to say something good about this place but the negatives outweigh the positive. The women that work there are rude and obnoxious and they only cater to the Spanish-speaking customers since they are more comfortable speaking Spanish. The English-speaking customers don't have a chance with them and that's a BIG no-no. The aisles are cluttered and you can't move around freely. The only plus is they have a variety of options which is good.

Not open on Sunday. False operating times. Highly disappointed.

One of the best convenience stores in the Gables, particularly due to its proximity to UM's campus and due to the fact that you really can find anything you need here. Rare beers, protein bars, amazing hand-crafted subs, and even cupcakes. This store is open at all times and is just chock-full of items. Can get pretty busy at times, and there is a $5 minimum on card charges, so be aware of that.

Customer service sucks. They will be eating while I am trying to check out. I have to get their attention. Typical for Miami. Worst customer service in the country.
