My recent experience with young staff has been poor but this place is different. The guys that work here care about the place. The service is great. The food is delicious. They have Philly cheese steaks , pizza, sandwiches and so much more. The wings are delicious. And the blue cheese is incredible, there are chunks of cheese inside of the dressing. This place is a must if you live in the valley or are visiting. Thanks guys for working hard to keep this place nice!

Ordered a sandwich with extra meat... they charge 3 bucks, no worries, but 3 bucks got me one extra slice per half! Although the sandwich is decent, Caveretta's & Cricca blow this place out of the water! This place is in single A and the other two are in the big leagues! Even Dans subs kills them and they are a Double A sandwich shop! So I like to try mom & pop spots as apposed to chains... but because of the lack of comparing to the others and the SEVERE CHEAPNESS I will never eat here again!

The experience is delightful. First time walking through the door and greeted with warm welcomes. Great food, music and atmosphere. Perfect hole in the wall experience.

Ordering from Downtown Philly was quick and easy. I had a haircut at the adjacent salon and was able to order even before my haircut was done. On top of it, the server delivered my Philly Cheese Steak without me even asking them. Customer service was great! The cheese steak sandwich was a little bland and basic. The service offset whatever was lacking in taste.

I've been hunting for good Philly cheese steak sandwiches for as long as I can remember. I've tried almost every place that serves these sandwiches from Santa Barbara to van nuys. I finally no longer have to drive to McMasters at UCSB to get a great Philly cheese steak sandwich. This place nailed it. Soft delicious roll, perfectly sliced and grilled ribeye, veggies, and of course, the wiz. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the sandwich is constructed very well. Good proportions of vegetables to meat and bread, juicy but not soggy. What really sets this place apart from all the rest is the absolutely amazing staff. I called them about six minutes before they were closing on a Saturday, the person who answered was friendly, and sounded genuinely happy about the fact that I wanted to place an order for pickup. I told them I was about 10 minutes away, and asked if it was still okay to place the pickup order, and was told to not worry about it and just to come on in. That really made me feel good about ordering. When I arrived the place was still buzzing with customers and my order was almost ready. By the time I finished paying, it was done. Do yourself a favor and come try the food at this place, you won't be disappointed.
