A small shop with good people and organic hair care which is really hard to find! I am happy with my blonde highlights which did not contain ammonia that won't wreck my hair. Also I got a great haircut from hairdresser Bill. Feels good to support a small shop ... pretty shop with good people 😀

I had a keritin treatment here on Thursday June 1st. Everyone there was extremely professional and explained how to care for my hair. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.  Highly recommend giving Downtown a try....

I had such a great experience getting keratin and a cut here. The owner is very friendly and extremely professional. I will definitely be back !

Horrible! Received a Groupon for a full keratin from my husband for Mother's Day and when I went in and said I need my color done first they refused to do it saying you can't get color and keratin  done the same day. I told them that's completely not true and that all the research recommends you do them the same day doing the color first so it doesn't strip the keratin. not to mention This is not my first time getting a keratin done with color. It was never an issue! I even had it done BY THEM only a year before now suddenly it's not acceptable! They were so rude and talking about me among themselves as if I couldn't hear them. I walked out and I will never return!
