Waited in line for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Then after ordering, I had a coupon for buy one blizzard, get one for 99 cents. The lady that worked there obviously didn't understand what I was saying, and refused the coupon,  and instead took off 99 cents from the entire bill...customer service definitely needs some work. The employees need more training. Good customer service can go a long way.

Service was slow as hell! Waited at least 15mins for my food. There was even another guy who ordered and complained about waiting.  By the time we got home it was cold! N the chilli dog looked like it was burnt! Not stopping there again. Food was ok, service needs some customer service inservice.

With commercial real estate in Truckee st an all time high I’m surprised this place is even open. Dairy Queen is nasty, like all fast food these days. Take the time to support local businesses in the area that are owned by locals.

This place was filthy!!  Ordered the mushroom swiss burger, which was $4.75 and it had, at the most, 3 slices of little mushrooms.  The bun was smashed flat, had 1 slce of cheese, a meat patty and lots of mayo, which made it hard to eat without getting it all over the place.  Must have used 10 napkins!  
On the plus side, my husband had the 5 buck lunch, which he said was good.  Had a blizzard, which was great!  He said, however, that it was the dirtiest fast food restaurant he had EVER been in!  Those young kids working in there need some supervision!

Food was standard DQ and yummy shakes. Services was friendly but VERY slow.
