This particular DQ is by far, consistently the worst I have ever experienced. I'm a big fan of the DQ Blizzard. To be a great Blizzard, it has to be blended well, but not over blended, has to have ample candy throughout and should be nice and cold. It should have COLD, thick soft serve with bits of candy SUSPENDED in it, not warm, half melted ice cream that has been blended to the point where the candy is pulverized into a fine powder. The Blizzards at this location are consistently over blended on the top and under blended at the bottom. When I order an Oreo flavor, what I receive is over blended, grey ice cream on top, with the last half pure white soft serve with nothing in it. There is no fine line with Blizzards at this location...they are either blended within an inch of their lives, or not at all and are too soft. They turn them upside down when they are presented to the customer, but that does not mean they are proper temperature, especially down towards the bottom of the cup where you can't see. Every time I get one to go, I have to put them in my freezer for an hour when I get home and I only live 10 minutes away. I purchased a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard this evening and asked for extra pie crust. I was charged for extra candy, but didn't receive it. On top of that, it had no whip cream or nutmeg on top, was flavorless with the last half of the cup being pure white soft serve. I ate about 25% of it and decided I wanted to see how much crust was put it. I scooped the contents into a screen strainer and waited for it to melt. The result was 12 pieces of crust. I'm sure a little was lost to the melting process, but this result was still unacceptable for a desert that cost nearly $6. As for service, it's hardly ever friendly and often times my family and I are treated as if we are an inconvenience rather than a customer. Needless to say this was my family's last DQ purchase at this location. Funny, 30 miles down the road the Blizzards at the Carson City location are perfect every time and the service is great. It all comes down to the store owner; how much they care about doing things RIGHT to meet DQ standards and how they train their employees. The way an employee prepares the product and how they treat the customer is a direct reflection of the owner. I work in retail sales and if this was my store, I would be making some changes.

Everything is usually great except the fries, which are under cooked every single time I've gotten food here. :/

Good food, but we spent 25 minutes in the drive-through for just a few things when they weren't even busy.

A decent place to grab a bit to eat. The food is just ok but their desserts are what they are known for.
