The ice cream was very good so that would get 5 stars. The service was so slow it was like watching paint dry so I give 0 stars. Management is to blame. They were ridiculously understaffed for a Saturday afternoon. The poor kid thay waited on me was trying. He was a little slow getting the shakes and blizzard made but at least he was making an effort. He was also apologetic but not overly so  considering I was there for over 20 minutes getting 3 items to go. My overall score is 3 stars and I'm still wondering if that's not being generous because I felt bad for the kid....

We love this place the ice cream is wonderful. It's close to home and easy to get to and we entered a a survey for a free Dilly bar. And we are not telling the brothers that we went cuz they would be jealous we hope to go back for food specials soon

Waited more then 5 mins to be waited on, then took 20 mins for my ice cream. Not that busy. More concentrated on drive thru then customers inside.

Stopped in to get a special icecream. Asked for a large vannilla with cookie dough and kruch kote not mixed just in layers. Was told they could not do that. When i told the manager that i stop in regularly and never been told that it cant be done she got snotty about it and told the employee to make it and we will have a meeting about it.  Very unprofessional and will never go there again. If this is way she treats all her customers she needs to find another job.
