Slow service, food quality is hit and miss, the building is run down and outdated (inside and out), and it's way too expensive for fast food!

Well we wanted to have a chocolate dipped cone and they did not know if it was anle to try it but still did and the person that was helping us did not even really know what he was doing they had to make several cones to get one correct. And took a bit to get it.

Cold gravy with chicken strips. Had to go back 2 time to get hot gravy.  No napkins or salt included in meal.  Sweet tea wads hot and not sweet

Went in ordered to go.asked for breaded chicken sandwich received grilled,meat was gray.Tomato on both sandwiches ordered were paper thin. Will drive to Boonville to eat next time.

To all of the employees at this particular dq, you should be ashamed at yourself for not speaking up to head management about this situation. I hope you can learn from this, and do the right thing.
