Wow!!! What a wonderful experience. The super friendly Mother/Daughter team made an absolutely gorgeous and delicious blizzard cake for my 8 year old daughter. Thank you so very much for helping make her birthday special. She loved the beautiful design on the cake.

Horrible place to go to if you want food in a fair timely manner. I drove up there today and waited in drive through for someone to greet me. Nobody replied at all, and I thought okay maybe they're closed for some reason. I waited a while longer, then decided to just leave. This is after I went "Hello is anyone there?" Several times. When I drive past the window to leave, I saw plenty of workers there. Not one of them had the brains or decency to at least tell me "They'd be with me shortly," if being busy was the case. Nope. They ignored me until I drove away. This isn't all. Every single time I go there, there's a long wait on whatever you order. I've sat waiting for a smoothie longer than any other fast food place. Most of them are unfriendly as well and don't have skills in being friendly to costumers, other than the only male worker I've seen there. This place is horrible.

So called owner/manager has no clue how to treat customer, very rude and loud, not a good example to employees!  Seems to think it is ok yell at customers in front of employees, hope they don't follow here example in the real world

The apathetic window crews need some training on customer service.   A simple "thank you" or "please come back soon" goes along way.  I will drive further out to another DQ just to avoid these rude kids.
