The food was good and everything, but the service there wasn't great. Especially the male cashier. He was rudely talking behind my back as I went up front to order another meal. I just shrugged it off but I was really upset over it. And I had asked for the ice creams to come out with the meal, but they didn't. They were serving other people's but not mine. Props to Yolanda though. She the real MVP

I have NEVER been able to get in and out of this place using either the drive thru or dine in service for a full meal or simple desert in under 20+ minutes. If there was half as much work being done as there is grab ass going on by the employees, it would go a lot faster. Even though we are 3 minutes from the north store we will be driving the 10 min. to the south store from now on.

Customer service is pretty good most the time. however every time I go to the drive thru I expect to sit in line for a minimum of 10 minutes!!!

Always good food and service. Really busy today. So it's hard for them to be perfect. Still, no issues.

I've been here twice in the last week. The first time, through the drive thru, the second in store. The first time, I asked if I could do two separate orders so that I could pay with different tenders. The woman on the set informed me that they were busy and therefore couldn't do it. Mind you, there's three cars in the drive thru, including mine and I haven even ordered yet, and two cars actually parked in their parking lot. I told them I'll order once, drive around, and order a second tine then. She then agreed to do separate orders. My order ended up being wrong and I had to drive around and re-order anyway, during which they grilled me on what could have possibly been wrong with the ice-cream. The second time I went in to purchase an ice-cream cake and to get a smoothie. I ended up waiting in a line of upset customers for about ten minutes before a worker even acknowledged a single person. There were seven or so people standing to the side and waiting for their ordered ice-cream and one couple waiting to order in front of me. The cooking staff just watched the whole situation while munching on fries. The manager walked around frowning. It took me about fifteen minutes to make it out of there with my cake and without a drink. I'd given up on the prospect of getting anything else in a timely manner.
