I have noticed that the staff is very polite and kind to customers ( even when customers are incredibly rude in turn). I have been in Dairy Queen multiple times and have witnessed people storm out after waiting ONLY 3 minutes for ice cream, as well as call workers terrible names for tiny mistakes. It is clear that the stores system is outdated, which can slow things down at times, but the staff is always apologetic and does the best they can. I have personally worked fast food and can tell you the best and worst part of the job is the customers. Keep that in mind, when you rattle of an order and get annoyed that the worker didn't catch it right away, or complain about a small mistake. Instead, take a moment, ask politely and they will be happy to help you. You can't expect people to serve you if you don't at least respect them first. To all the Dairy Queens employees, keep up the great work and patience, hopefully it will rub off on your customers.

Run away from this place! The front counter people just kind of wander then stand around, seemingly ignoring customers on purpose. Then they forget half your order after you wait awhile for it. When you inquire about the missing items, your party will be finishing their meals while you wait for someone to acknowledge your presence. Terrible. The guy cooking in the back appeared to be the only one doing his job. Pretzel bites were delish so there's that I guess.

After disregarding several coworker negative comments a friend and  I ventured into the "store of shame".  Waited until after the 10 person lunch rush.  Waited 15 minutes to order and another 35 minutes to receive two boxes in which appeared to be lunch inside.  They had two staff working.   One was taking orders while the cook was delivering the cold food to the filthy tables.  There was one ketchup bottle being passed around.  What a joke.   Never again!

Horrible I order the $5 lunch leave drive thru and find out my burger is cold cheese is still a slice and not melted. Horrible service if your driving east go to the Jackson one half an hour wait but will be worth it don't waste your money here like I did. They didn't give me a coupon or discount for me wasting my time and gas for going back to get a fresh that was surprisingly hot. If you do order from this place CHECK YOUR FOOD/ORDER!!
