We  order ice cream cakes from this location several times per year. We call ahead and they have always had it ready for pickup the next day.

They often run out of basics, like ketchup, and the drive through is the slowest I've ever been to, but the food is adequate.

Pop machine was over half empty, bad attitude manager. The gravy was watered down and hamburger meat was not standard compared to other DQ.  Drive thru was priority over inside ordering customers. Getting food takes long time.

Painful. Place empty. Second in line. 35 minutes to get food. Screwed up order. Too busy to fix. Would of asked for money back but would of taken an hour.  Took an hour to eat in total.  Others went for refund vs wait.

Tables are dirty waiting on food for 20 mins, pop machine empty,. Service is slow. All in all they need help in food service as well as cleanliness.
