He was a good doctor for many years at high Desert

Spends 2 minutes with patients when he gets paid for 15 so he must be a millionaire by now.  He will order an x-ray for you and nothing more.  I've had to see him twice for soft tissue injuries and he ordered xrays which of course were clear.  He did nothing else.  No referrals to an orthopedic doctor, no other tests, nothing ... he does as little as possible.

Over-medicated my grandma and didn't even look at her the last visit before we switched doctors.  He didn't care about his patient at all.  The first thing the new doctor said was to lower all her meds.  Dr. Entabi had her on Morphine, Norco, Temazepam, Lorazepam, etc..a dangerous mixture the could have been lethal for a woman in her late eighties.
