We love Dr. Angel! My husband and I made a decision to find another dentist for our two boys after going to a local, large pediatric dental practice that we felt wasn't sanitary. We have been patients for about 5 years at this point. My boys are now ages 9 and 11. They haven't needed major work on their teeth as the previous reviewer, so I cannot comment on that. My children have always brushed their teeth and flossed, even at a young age. They also use mouthwash daily. That have had zero issues and zero cavities to date. The experience has always been extremely positive. So much so that I changed over to the adult side of the practice this year.

Dr. Stout treated me when I kneed myself in the mouth. I pushed back my front tooth and the one next to it. Both were my permanent teeth. She put them back in place. She was kind, gentle and sweet. She constantly asked if I was ok and made me feel comfortable.

Took our 2 year old here for a check up knowing she would need work done. we all left traumatized. I was assured over the phone that the pediatric dentist was a "miracle worker " honestly not even close. After a very long wait which they apologized for my daughter obviously didn't want to be there. They were doing a lap exam, as she was screaming her head off they proceed to sing a song and try to bush her teeth.....obviously she wasn't going to calm down why didn't you just check out the problems as fast as possible so we can get the treatment plan and minimize the trauma to her, especially after I pointed out the cavities and where they were. Once oral surgery was suggested I asked the side effects of the general anesthesia. ..the first thing the dentist says is " well death is one" ....we both left the office in tears. They also want another useless visit before the dental surgery. ....for what reason ...to subject my child to another exam for no good reason or so you can bill my insurance Company again?? A month later received a 4.00 bill in the mail...odd as my dental insurance covers 100% up to 5k per year. This office in my opinion is not for very young kids as they don't know how to deal with them or seem to be specialized in children's dentistry. Took her to another dentist. They did a lap exam in record time even though she was clearly traumatized from the fist visit to chesheim. They were able to put me on a waiting list for general surgery and she had her porcelain caps put in 2 weeks later.
