Dr. Behrooz is the best doctor I have ever met. She pays attention to what her patients have to say about their condition and acts quickly to correct any medical issues they are having. She allows time for all concerns to be addressed and offers multiple options for continued care. Dr. Behrooz saved my life by sending me for an MRI after I had been sent home from urgent care while having a stroke. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful person!

I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Behrooz. Her office staff unfortunately was so completely obstinate & rude that we were forced to find another Dr. My husband WAS a previous patient. He made an appt. for our son earlier this month which he called later that day to cancel because we ended up taking him to a walk-in clinic to be seen asap & when I called today to make an appt. for a wellness check up, JENNIFER the receptionist informed me that the appt had never been cancelled & they wouldn't see my son. Ever. I told her that my husband said he'd called to cancel & she simply said that it didn't show in her system that it had been cancelled & the only explanation she could give me was a line about "policy". I told her we needed a family Dr. & my husband had already been seen by Dr. Behrooz & she told me to find another one in the area because they couldn't see my son. I am a reasonable person. I get the reason for a policy. If you make an appt. & flake on your first one, they don't want you as a patient because chances are good that you'll do it again. But my husband made the appt & he was an established client. He said he cancelled the appt & she basically called him a liar & turned down our business. I'm very disappointed because my husband said Dr. Behrooz was a nice Dr. & he liked her but nothing is worth dealing with front end people that are going to keep their heads so far up their policies that they can't look at the whole picture & make a judgement call. And I certainly will not be taking my children somewhere I am called a liar & told my business is not welcome.
