Nothing wrong with the Dr Arnold. Only staffs, poorly mistreated the patient. The office said open Monday to Fridays from 9:00 to 5:00 but when I called in about 1:20 P.M. yesterday the girl said office close at 2:00 P.M. tell me go to urgent care. My son get worse and missed school on the next day and missed his perfect attendance for the whole school year because of Dr. Staff lagging of the willingness. Next day i called back the office for appointment same day for my son who is vomiting and diarrhea, the girl tells me next appointment is 2 weeks from now. What's stupid and air head she it. I told her i willing to wait for the doctor check up my son, the girl said my son just a stomach flu, he will be fine in a few days. I did bring him over the doctor office, now the girl said they don't take new patient, and they don't take medical for a year now back in April 1 2016, and she offer me to pay cash. I told her i just switch insurance cover 2 months ago and the doctor office now my son primary physician Dr. accepted him as a patient at their office. And he not a first time to visit the office. Who is wrong doing now? If She not willingly work or taking care my son as a patient of their office, why they accepted new patient, and listed on the insurance company to accepted us? I am very upset walked out the office while the little boy suffering with uncomfortable illness on him. Your staffs did call me back and offer a check up for my son and she stated i have to wait, but my son was refused to come back because of the mistreated by your front office staff. Dr Arnold. please help me understand why is this happen?

Dr. Pang has excellent bedside manner. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He is how a doctor should be. I highly recommend Dr. Pang.

I've had the best experience with Dr. Pang - something I rarely say about doctors. 1. Make an appointment! Online or through the phone. I had to go to a doctor asap and he was the only one who had same day appointments available today. I didn't have to wait when I came in ON TIME. 2. Know WHY you are going in. I had several things going on and he seemed rushed (that's how a lot of Chinese people are) but answered all of my concerns thoroughly and with a smile. 3. Don't be afraid to ask questions. 4. And he's young.. Meaning he is good friends with technology (thank god). He writes all your symptoms on his laptop- quickly I might add. And he's able to send your prescription straight to the pharmacy too. I love efficiency!
