Dr. Broce doesn't really care about her patients. I went there with a bad foot, and she wouldn't look at it until the third time I went to her and complained about it. When I went to get assistance with a cold or something, she barely did anything but give me a prescription. She never asked anything. It felt like she wanted to get out of the room fast.
Her office manager/nurse was always demeaning and insulting to me and my husband. The last time I went to her office, there was a scheduling snafu and I had to wait an hour and a half to see Dr. Broce. Instead of someone politely saying, "can you come back in an hour or so?" They just made me wait! I don't go to a physician to get abuse, but to get help. I don't know why they treat people with such disdain.

I recently was fighting an illness, trying to cure it myself.  I finally called Dr. Broce's office and left a message.  Bonnie called me back very soon and we talked about my situation.  We decided together to wait a couple more days before making an appointment and/or getting an antibiotic.  Bonnie called me back the next day to see how I was and then again the next.  I did make an appointment and was given an antibiotic which cured the illness. 
On another occasion, also recently, I had a diagnostic test done in a different facility.  Dr. Broce's office called me back the very next day with the results.  I was so relieved!  They didn't make me wait to find out the good news.  
I really appreciate the attentiveness of Dr. Broce and her staff!
