The best eye doctor I have ever been to. Was very kind and professional. The glasses I got were both affordable and worked perfectly for my eyes. Highly recommended!!!

I went to Dr. Blondin for many years before finally changing doctors.  First of all, the doctor is very good.  He is friendly and always does a good job with the check up.  On the other hand, his staff are absolutely horrible.  They are rude and have no organization skills.  They have lost orders and sent me bills for items I had already paid for.  The worst person in the office is the office manager.  Good luck if you have to work out a problem with her.  She is beyond miserable to deal with.  Again, I loved going to Dr. B, but unfortunitely had to change doctors because the staff became too unbearable to deal with.

The worst experience Ever, RUDE RUDE RUDE staff,  Doctor might be great but I was never seen i went on my lunch hour and after 30 minutes of never being seen or spoken to I was told that the doctor is always at least an hour behind in appointments and why would I schedule a mtg an hour after my appointment. Why  MY time is any less important then theirs I do not know.  Do go, don't schedule don't bother as I left and it was obvious I was not re-scheduling the rudest woman I have never encounter looked am me and said "whatever"  Wy to go Customer Service Queen!
