Dr. Marchack and his staff always provide me with respect and dignity when I am in the dental office. He has a deep desire to provide the best possible care for his patients and their many, diverse needs. Dr. Marchack is warm, welcoming and always caring! My gratitude for Dr. Marchack and his staff goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!
Dr. Marchack gave me a great crown about 7 years ago, and it still looks great. The best part of this office though is Jean, who has been cleaning my teeth thoroughly and with care for these 7 years. I look forward to the cleanings because we have a great conversation every time-- even though I can only speak on breaks from the instruments in my mouth, I feel listened to and it enhances the feeling of care. Jean has brilliant chairside manner and is good at what she does. I appreciate her very much. The office staff is also professional and friendly. I highly recommend this office!
I have only seen Anna a Hygienist at Dr. Marchack's thus far, but I wanted to write this review simply due to her incredible skill and care. I had two extensive gum graft surgeries over the past year and a half and it left my gums and teeth extremely sensitive. Since the second surgery, I only had an initial teeth cleaning done and it was so painful that it involuntarily left me with tears streaming down my face by no fault of the Hygienist it was simply early in my healing process. That said, I needed to find a dentist closer to where I live and my Periodontist recommended Dr. Marchack's office. So far, I am thoroughly impressed. At that first appointment I was given a full tour of the lovely and modern facilities and had the opportunity to have a thorough discussion of the difficulties I was facing amidst healing. Not only was I given wonderfully cautious, patient and thorough care, but all of the trepidation I had before arrival completely dissipated. In my experience it has been uncommon to receive that sort of kindness in the medical world. I cannot express enough gratitude for Anna's individualized care. Thank you.
My visit yesterday was a cleaning only, the individual women whom did my cleaning is very thorough, caring, kind, the scraping , polishing, then flossing went very prompt ? Professional, an never felt any types of pain , and I feel like a new man today. Their very skillful young ladies who do all the hygienic work , all the hygienes who work at Doctor Marchacks office are very skillful and young group of women , I’ve never had any complaints over the last 15 yrs of their services. An awesome & very professional team they’ve employed, bless all their hearts
Believe it or not, I actually look forward to going to this beautiful dental office! Dr. Marchack is not only a top-of-the-line dentist, he is a kind and thoughtful human being. In fact, every person in this practice is considerate, patient, and approachable. Alex, Dr. Marchack's assistant, is amazing! I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for expertise and a positive experience. You will not be sorry!
Dr. Chan is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable dental specialist that works with Dr. Marchack. She is caring and competent and thinks out of the box I am forever grateful to her for saving my tooth by using the least invasive procedure possible at a very reasonable price. I will be forever indebted to you Dr. Chan!! Thank you so much!! Do your self a favor and go see Dr. Chan if you are having dental issues.
Don't even consult with this dentist. It'll be your demise. Nothing but life altering, pain and suffering. The cost of undoing and redoing the damages he causes is quadrupled. Be aware of the discrepancies posted on his website where he references "In 2012, the American College of Prosthodontists inducted Dr. Marchack as an honorary member" as a part of his qualifications contradicting what "California Dental Board" requires, considers, and recognizes that such qualifications are only valid for doctors "who take additional two years of training which recognize them as "Prosthodontists" enabling them to perform such intricate tasks and procedures." Such discrepancy severely limits what can be delivered versus what can be expected. The cost of any procedure here is not inexpensive and restoration of any such work presents significant cost overun and burden to the patient. As one, I am and have been suffering for not paying attention to connotations between "honorary" and "truly learned and earned knowledge." The cost of undoing his work has been astronomical and prohabative for me to say the least.
I’ve been a patient for fifteen years. Ive always has exceptional care.
