Dr. O'Brien is the absolute best GYN. I love that she takes the time to get to know you personally, she listen with observation of the issue/concerns of the patient, and she is very informative, kind hearted and very thorough. I'm so glad I made the decision to see her this year which made a HUGE IMPACT & difference in my life compared to others. I'm thankful for her patience, I know this wasn't just by chance that I found Dr. O'Brien it was a blessing! I have been suffering in so much pain for years Dr. O'Brien was the one who analyze then begin testing and found the answer to my problem! Now today compared to 4 yrs. ago I have NO MORE PAIN!

Love. Gyn I've ever seen. She actually listens to the concerns of her patients & is very understanding. Great bedside manner. I have recommended several friends to her& will continue to do so.

Let's start with the horrible customer service when I first made my appointment. I felt rushed and I felt my questions was not wanted. After I made the appt the receptionist called back letting me know my apt was on the 5th so I put my request to be off in. She called back today saying it's on the 3rd I stated thats not correct I was told the 5th her attitude was horrible and nonchalunt I stated let's resched. For 7days from now she said that the next appt was in December after they gave me the wrong apt date that I scheduled in September and had to wait till they were excepting new patients in October just to get my annual just so they can mess up my appt in October. They informed me I  have to wait till December when they are excepting new patients again.Then after I expressed my concerns they told me to find another doctor. I will never recommend them EVER.

She's been a wonderful Gynecologist.  This is a one woman practice and very personal.  She will take you in her office and sit with you one on one to discuss whatever your concerns are.  She seems quite knowledgeable.   I moved to Atlanta but will continue to drive to Fayetteville to see her.  She was recommended by a friend who has been going to her for years.  Her staff are also very attentive, kind, and competent.

Basically THE BEST OBGYN I've ever seen. And she actually listens and cares... 6 stars not 5.
