I am writing this review for your office in Santee (9745 Prospect Ave, Santee, CA 92071), I called prior to arrival to try to make an appointment but the receptionist told me on the phone that an appointment is not necessary due to your establishment is an 'urgent' healthcare so I came in at 9:15 AM. After an hour an half of waiting, I informed the receptionist that I have to go back to work by noon, she assures me that I will be seen soon, I waited until 11:20 AM and still was not seen. I notified the receptionist to refund my charges and she did, she also stated that I shouldn't have to wait that long to be seen. Prior to my departure from the clinic I attempted to make an appointment for the nest day, however, I was told by the receptionist that an appointment is not possible due to this is an 'urgent' healthcare facility. I am highly disappointed in your services and needless to say, I will not return for any future care/treatment. Hopefully, you will take this complaint and improve your services for future patient/client, it would be good if a patient can make an appointment and would not have to waste (yours & mine) valuable time.
