I am extremely disappointed and would not trust this dentist. Number one his hands shack. But the worst is telling my son and myself he took xrays and with my 22 year old sons symptoms he needed a ROOT CANAL AND A CROWN because he had a cracked tooth. First a cracked tooth is clearly seen on xrays it was not shown. This dentist lied and said he did not tell us he had a cracked tooth but only because of symptoms he wanted to kill a tooth and cap it. This is horrible and when I told him I was getting a second opinion he wanted to know why. Let's see how would you like to be told I THINK with your symptoms we need to perform an extreme and costly procedure. The word THINK is unprofessional. Did I get my money back NO but this dentist should not be in business using I THINK statements.

We ❤️ Dr. Carter!  His practice gives everyone a small town vibe and his beautiful wife always loves to chat and catch up.  Our family has been coming her for over 10 years and I don't know what we would do if he ever retires ☺️.

So convenient for me,ladies very friendly and helpful. The doctor is professional does not try to sale  extra procedures. What  you want is what you get.

I have NOT had a Dental Practice in YEARS that didn't make me feel like "A cow being herded through their office" - That feeling made me skip cleanings and check-ups...I NO LONGER feel that Way!!!   Dr. Carter and everyone at his office are Wonderfu!!!! If you have HAD bad experiences- Go See Him and his Staff!!!  - I have Rarely posted a review- But when you get such good service- They deserve it!!!!

Very disgruntled! I was supposed to have my routine cleaning.😊 Instead I met with the  Dentist (Charles E. Carter) whose hands shook quite badly😰 and advised a procedure in which I did not need. On top of that, he said i have no cavities. I which I had 4 that I already knew of.  😨 As they went over the fees with me I realized not only had I just had that done 6 months prior, but I paid a third less without insurance at that time.😲 -$50 for the visit and only some tender gums to show for it.😖 guess I still need to find a new dentist.
