Worst doctor’s office in the city. Everyone from the office staff to the man himself. Tore my Achilles in the beginning of February and all I needed was a referral to see an orthopedic. Office ended up sending referral to the wrong fax number. Took me several calls and days to get them to send it to the right one. Come to find out they wanted me back in the office for another evaluation. It took me calling all day about a separate issue for them to even relay that message to me! Worst part is that they tried to put the blame on me for not being clear enough with them. How much more clear can you be when you say you think you tore your Achilles! Pretty much wasted 3 weeks of my life dealing with this awful office. Finally saw another doctor and was on my way to have surgery shortly after. Dr. Le is a mean and cold hearted doctor that does not genuinely care about your well being and health. Many other factors from this office added to my frustration but bottom line is don’t waste your time at this place if you want genuine care.

HORRIBLE! Anywhere by this location of doctors. Dr. Sarah Schwerwe  and Dr. LE were angry when I expressed that my tests results were not given to me..They got mad because I questioned how this office mismanaged medical treatment and tests ordered. . Dr. LE said he did not care about my feelings and the other Dr. Susan talked to me like I was a 2 years old. She is a very mean person and have a real attitude if you complain. Dr. LE is a cold, cruel and very robotic type of man. This is all about money and if you complain they will tell you go.to.emergency room. Never go here. The reviews are true and I should have not gone.

Absolutely horrible they don't send preauthorizations when they are supposed to or say they are going to. They will let you be sick without medicine. All they care about is the money!!! Don't go here!!! There's hundreds of other doctors that are cheaper and do there job like they are supposed to. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Not good at all . Blood taken to get tested . Never heard back . Received bills for injections that i never received . Last visit was left in examine room for over an hour and a half then told it was now to late to get anything taken care of . Bad Bad Bad . Avoid

Talk about milking insurance companies.. every visit I had which was about 6 in three months they had me take x-rays on 5 visits...bloodwork for 3.. all I had was a cold.... all they care about is money
