Worst doctor and office I have EVER dealt with. 3 cancelled appointments by them with little notice. I was stood up for one appointment, the office was closed at my scheduled appointment. They referred me to a cardiologist and never forwarded my medical records. After seeing the cardiologist I was referred to and went through further testing that cardiologist told me that they probably attached electrodes incorrectly. They failed to have medical supplies on hand for a routine Pap smear, after I had scheduled the procedure way ahead of time. They did not send the correct Perscription information to my pharmacy and then refused to correct their error when I called. They insisted on another appointment to make the change. Worst is that they recorded me as being a multiple time no show for appointments that they rescheduled or missed. JUST DONT GO TO THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! I have been trying to lodge official complaints with the insurance company, and East Valley Medical.
