Hurt my knee on an atv. Took a week to get in, and another week (so far) for them to submit routine paperwork to my insurance for a pre-auth (mri). "He's been busy", "it takes a few days", "we will get it taken care of today!" are some of the excuses I've gotten from his office staff. Yet here I am, going on 3 week post-injury and still waiting for a simple mri. Very disappointed and still in pain.

Dr. Morris helped my mother's knee pain and swelling. She had been to other physicians but he actually helped tremendously without surgery.
